of receiving date. Please ship the item back to us. If we shipped
you the wrong item, we will pay for your shipping cost (via RoyalMail registered post) to ship the item back to
us. We will ship the correct item to you.
Coloring or Perming Human Hair Extensions. Although human hair
extensions can be dyed and permed, we do not recommend coloring
or perming human hair extensions, as they have already been chemically
processed. We will not assume responsibility for any damages that
might result from coloring or perming.
Warranty Information.
If the item fails to operate within 30 days
of delivery then please follow our return procedure:

Step 2: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Step 3: Ship the item (via RoyalMail registered post )
back to us.
Step 4: If possible, we will ship you a replacement or credit your
credit card.
NOTE: If the item fails after 30 days of delivery,
manufacturer's warranty procedures must be followed by the consumer.
If the product has a warranty, then the warranty information should
be on the product's owner card or elsewhere inside the package.
